Abstract

Lightning detection data obtained by Météorage. Data is processed and updated every 5 minutes. The dataset is available for two areas: NL23 (https://dataplatform.knmi.nl/dataset/lightning-detection-nl23-1-0) for Europe and NL25 (https://dataplatform.knmi.nl/dataset/lightning-detection-nl25-1-0) for a broad region around the Netherlands. The dataset is provided as raw data and as images through a WMS service. The dataset is not available as Open Data and only intended for use by LVNL. Other users should contact Météorage directly.
