Abstract

The KNMI’23 climate scenarios are based on 240 years (8 ensembles of 30 years each) of RACMO (Regional Atmospheric Climate Model) v2.3 data for every horizon/scenario. From this data, so-called climate years are derived that can be used to identify the energy demand of cooling, of warming, and of the yearly-mean demand in buildings. This dataset contains for these climate years the hourly meteorological input that is necessary to provide the energy demand for buildings, similar to the NEN5060 norm. The research is done for Topconsortium voor Kennis en Innovatie (TKI) Urban Energy.
